    This project is about a programming contest I took part of in December 2020. It is a series of puzzles starting from December 1 through 25. The complexity of the problems gradually increase as the days progress. It was undoubtedly one of the toughest contest I have ever been part of

  • Personal Website Using Jekyll

    This current website you are in is built using Jekyll. According to wikipedia

    Jekyll is a simple, blog-aware, static site generator for personal, projector organization sites

    Earlier I had a personal website which was built using Drupal which is a content management system hosted in Bluehost. But unfortunately I lost access to it. So I had to rebuild my website. I was looking into which framework will best suite for my static website and I ended up using Jekyll and so far I had a good experience using it in maintaining my pages.

  • Nutrition Facts Chat Bot

    This is a concept project. The idea is to build a chat bot that will retrieve nutrition facts of a food when it is asked for using Google DialogFlow (once called API AI). To know more about what DiaglogFlow is about visit DialogFlow

    The application uses edamam api to fetch the nutrition facts. Intents and action are built using DialogFlow where as the backend to fetch nutrition facts information is built using Express Js which is a web application framework for Node.js

  • Restaurant Reservation System

    This project is developed as part of training program at Egen Solutions Inc. The reason this project is so special is because this is my first ever angular JS project. While frontend is written in angular, the backend is written in Java.

    As the name indicates, this application lets user reserve a table at a restaurant. Some of the complex features I have implemented are customer table reservation, updating existing reservation, admin view seating area, display modal popups for user confirmation, update settings, update profile, view contacts, view past reservations, filters and sorting to table views.

  • K Means Clustering

    Given a set of cricket players, and a cricket player as input to the system, this project runs K Means Clustering Algorithm and finds similar kind of player who has higher similarity as that of input player.

    Data for this project is is obtained from espncrickinfo containing stats from both ODI and test cricket.

  • Accomodation Reservation System

    This project about building a website which will facilitate searching for apartments neary by University Of North Carolina for students.

    The speciality of website is that it will provide options to search based on reviews, price range and other distance. It also has an option to allow user to add to cart and compare two or more apartments. The website is built using ASP.NET, C# and SQL database

  • Web Usage Mining

    This project is about mining web usage patterns of my undergraduate college website and finding frequent associated and most probable subsequent page going to be visited by the students/surfers. Finally this information can be used by website manager to improve the website experience for users by personalizing and web reorganizing.
